By playing AI RODENT'S REVENGE ("the Game") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute or claim the Game or its assets as your own, or use it in any unlawful way.

4. Original work

The Game is an original work inspired by the general idea of block-pushing puzzles. It does not use code, graphics, sounds, characters or levels from any other game.

5. Free service, no warranty

The Game is provided free of charge "as is" without warranties of any kind. Progress is stored locally and may be lost if browser data is cleared.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.

7. Changes

We may update the Game and these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

4. 독창적 저작물

게임은 블록 밀기 퍼즐의 일반적인 아이디어에서 영감을 받은 독창적인 저작물이며, 다른 게임의 코드·그래픽·사운드·캐릭터·레벨을 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 무료 제공 및 보증 부인

게임은 무료로 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 진행 정보는 기기에만 저장되므로 브라우저 데이터 삭제 시 사라질 수 있습니다.

6. 책임 제한

관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 게임 이용으로 발생한 간접적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

7. 변경

게임과 본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 위의 시행일이 최신 버전을 나타냅니다.

8. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 이용자 거주 국가의 강행 소비자 보호 규정은 그대로 적용됩니다.
